"Confident Kids" began its journey in 2019. Our programmes are made up of both academic and non-academic learning opportunities, and they are specially designed with the sole focus on the developmental needs of children.

She was born and raised in India and currently, she is based in Dubai UAE.[ Ekta holds a bachelor's degree in science and a master's degree in business administration.] Since 2007, She has had significant experience in teaching management subjects in various institutions, educational establishments, and schools both in India and in UAE. Ekta has worked as a personality development coach and public speaking trainer since 2018.
She is a collaborative professional with extensive training in building positive and pragmatic behavioral traits that help children engage with others in a confident and constructive way. She leads the confident kids' personality development division. Moreover, since 2020 she has been a certified toastmaster. Ekta has a profound passion for working with students. She is honored to take on the responsibility of assisting each child's development in all areas—academic, social, language, and motor. She strives to create a learning community that fosters this growth in a positive, fun environment. Her work is rooted in the belief that a great education is foundational to life's success.

Self-confidence is the prerequisite for development, progress, and success which is why her teaching process also aids students in overcoming their apprehension about public speaking by creating a comfortable and judgment-free environment for practice presentations and offering helpful feedback to help them advance appropriately. In order to assist the kids to grow more comfortable with their feelings of nervousness, she also encourages them to accept their stage fright rather than fighting it. Her strategies include encouraging students to prepare thoroughly before presenting, providing practice opportunities, teaching relaxation techniques, enabling students to visualize success, encouraging a focus on the content of the presentation, acknowledging and accepting anxiety, speaking slowly and clearly and making eye contact, and reminding students that it’s normal to feel nervous and that everyone makes mistakes sometimes since most students have ill-feelings about giving speeches it is desirable to develop comprehensive yet practical ways to minimize stage fright.
